Biotek's Deep Ocean pigment is an intense blue, ideal for a graphic eyeliner or a shaded eyeliner.

All BIOTEK pigments are available in both 5ml and 15ml size. The colors from PMU and BIOTEK microblading are packaged in the practical airless bottle, which allows you to use up to the last drop without waste.
