HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

To place an order You can use our website to place an order by selecting the product you wish to buy and adding it to the basket. Items you do not require can be removed from your basket at any time.

Carriage charges will be shown prior to you placing an order.

You will be required to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering.

We use secure payment facilities for online purchases, provided by AIB.

You can pay for your order by Card, PayPal or Bank Account.

All prices quoted on our website are in € – EURO and exclude Value Added Tax at the current rate.

Value Added Tax will be calculated at checkout.

Once your order is complete we will notify you when your order has been dispatched.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Products must be returned unused, unopen and in the box.

We require to see the receipt for Your products that You would like to exchange.
HEALTH CONCERNS

Before Your first appointment we will ask You to fill out the form about Your health condition.

Please, advise us if You are taking any medication as You may be uneble to avail of some treatments.

We will require a letter from Your GP if You are diabetes or You had/have cancer.

Pregnancy is a contraindication to the procedure.
NEW TREATMENTS BOOKING

We require a deposit for all new treatments (€50)
-
If You will book in for new treatment, You will have 5 days to pay Your deposit, Otherwise we will cancel it automatically.
PUNCTUALITY

Arriving late may interfere with your treatment. All appointments will start and end at the scheduled time.

Please arrive 10 minutes before Your first appointment at the salon to fill out the forms. All documents are confidental.
CANCELATTION AND NO SHOWS POLICY
-
Please, notify us at least 48 hours in advance of any cancelation.

Any cancelation and no show up appointments with less then 24 hours of notice will be required to pay cancelation fee
of €50 and deposit for their next treatment before rebooking.
VOUCHERS
-
Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

All vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

We do not accept vouchers after their expiry date and they cannot be exchanged for cash.
